Output, Input & The Space Between
Not only is your field carrying an energetic blueprint,
it’s also interacting with other frequencies
from people, the airwaves, your surroundings —
all the time.
In order to enhance your extra sensory perceptions,
it’s worth monitoring the ratio of
output, input and
the space between.
OUTPUT
Here we’re observing any energetic exertions.
It requires energy to think a thought,
to go some place,
to day dream.
The idea is not to judge your observations
of where you are ‘spending your energy’
simply to notice the quota
(the percentage)
of your time in the frequency
of output.
Other examples of ‘output’ :
- Projecting self in future/past timelines in an *effort* to figure something out
- Rushing through activities to get to the next/clearing the to-do list
- The mindset of ‘I’ll be happen when..’
- Movement for the sake of ‘doing’
